Coaches Rules and Registration:

In order to be recognized as a coach you must register. Registration will allow you free admittance into the tournament and access to the mats to coach your athletes. Every school will be allowed 1 coach and for every additional 5 athletes that school will be allowed another coach (ex: School a has 8 athletes - they will be allowed 2 coaches. School A has 16 athletes they will be allowed 4 coaches.)
All registered coaches will receive a photo ID tag to wear at the tournament for free entry and access to the mats.
Coaches Rules:
There will be allowed 1 coach on the mat sitting on the coaches chair.
You must remain on the coaches chair for the duration of the match.
Any questions or problems about the rules or a refs dicision will be brought up with the head referee.
All coaches shall show respect to both athletes, other coaches, and tournament staff during the match.

Coaches Rebate and free hotel accommodations:
We appreciate the effort, time and cost that goes into coaches traveling with their teams to coach at tournaments. In an effort to minimize the cost for the coaches we have started a coach rebate program.

For coaches that are eligible; they will recieve from the tournament organizer a rebate of $5 per athlete PREREGISTERED for the tournament. Only athletes that register before the day of the event will qualify for the rebate. Athletes must register using the same school name.

We also have a limited number of hotel rooms available for coaches that qualify. The rooms will be provided free of charge from one of the sponsoring hotels. The rooms are for the COACHES ONLY. This is a unique program we have created to show our appreciation for the coaches, please do not abuse it by allowing your team to set up camp in the provided hotel room.

Who is eligible?
This program is designed for coaches who are from out of the immediate area and are not competing. In order to be eligible the coach must:

1. School location must be more than 100 miles from Boise, ID
2. One coach per school can qualify for the rebate
3. Coach must register as a coach before the event
4. The coach may not also be a competitor, only people coaching not competing can qualify
   

ALL COACHES MUST REGISTER TO BE ALLOWED ON THE MATS!
