Feed My Fit Partners With 2017 NWSC!!!

We are proud to announce our partnership with another fantastic local company, FEEDmyFIT!!! FEEDmyFIT specializes in customized nutrition plans, featuring dozens of great tasting recipes, all designed especially to help you kick start your life, lose weight, and take control of your health, starting today! Started by a life long athlete and nutrition/wellness consultant, FEEDmyFIT IS passionate about living healthy. You can go to the gym everyday, but the real struggle and thing that keeps most of us from realizing our full fitness potential, is the “diet”. FEEDmyFIT focuses on healthy well-being and lifestyle, rather than dieting, which is often only a temporary mode of eating. Through their meal plans, they can help you make positive nutritional changes into a permanent part of your lifestyle. We all know that time is money in today’s world. Have you ever thought about how much time and money you spend in a given week on eating out, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning afterwards? FEEDmyFIT’s system brings you not only five star quality and health to your meals, but in a wide variety you won’t get anywhere else!  Visit their website, https://www.feedmyfit.com/, or stop by FEEDmyFIT’s booth at this year’s tournament to learn more about how they can help you reach your fitness goals!

Kids’ Weigh Ins and Deadlines

Kids will weigh in with their uniforms on before entering the mat area on the day of their event (Sunday April 30th). Missed weight of more than 2 lbs can disqualify a child from winning a medal. The child will still be able to compete in a consolation match, however. Parents, please weigh your child on an accurate scale prior to registration, in order to enter them into the proper division. It will help the tournament run much more smoothly. In order to properly bracket the kids, we will close registration at the end of day on Wednesday, April 26.
